Service Appointments

  • Aggressive or unleashed pets must be secured during visits.

  • Gates must be unlocked unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Excessive waste buildup or hazardous conditions may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

Payments and Billing

  • Illness or injury related to unsanitary yard conditions prior to service

  • Items or hazards hidden in pet waste or overgrown areas (e.g., sharp objects, tools)

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Repeated missed payments

  • Unsafe or abusive conditions

  • Violations of these Terms

You may cancel services at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
